Where is my ticket?
We email your mobile ticket immediately after payment. Check spam, then sign in with the same email to see your orders.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
Any refund follows the event organizer's decision and policy. Tikitor will contact eligible customers if a refund is approved.
How do I list an event?
Send the event details through the contact form. Our team will reply with the listing and ticketing requirements.
Can I change the ticket holder?
Ticket-holder changes depend on the event terms. Contact support before the event and include your order number.
